Passionate about making His name known in the world, this individual is excited to be part of a team living and working among the Unreached doing just that. At a young age, she knew God was calling her to long-term work overseas, to share about Him to people who don’t have access to the Truth. During her final semester of high school, God started speaking to her about this people group specifically and planting those seeds of love for them in her heart. She attended Bible College before moving to South America to participate in another year of cultural training and serving. During this year, she was better prepared for long-term work, living in a different country and culture, as well as being mentored by long-term workers. She now lives among the people God has put on her heart for so long, permanently moving in January of 2024.

Hello! My name is Jessica and this year I will be going to Taiwan for 10 months for an internship. Ministry in Taiwan is something I have felt God calling me toward since I was sixteen. This call started with the idea of starting a Bible Camp in Taiwan, and the idea never went away. Over the last few years, I have been following God’s call and He has been consistent in leading me towards being a missionary in Taiwan. Bridgit & Faith

Bridgit and Faith are going with Envision Canada & For Freedom International for a Justice semester in Thailand. It’s a 12-week immersive experience in Phuket, Thailand adventuring deeper with Jesus through exploring Thai culture, missions, Bible classes, and discipleship. They will be working with exploited and marginalized communities with a Jesus-centred perspective.

Pray for us as we learn the language and culture of the Sheba People.
We do this with relational living, helping with health education, and with church community development. We desire to forge friendships, to learn more of the Holy Spirit’s work in the hearts of the Sheba People, and to help and encourage them.

Please pray these words from Isaiah 61: 1-2 over our family and the people of Sheba:”Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you. See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the Lord rises upon you and his glory appears over you.”
