The Well

The Well is an opportunity to gather as a loving, multi-generational community of women who practice hospitality and fellowship, while learning and growing deeper in faith and empowered to go out in hope. Our time will consist of coffee/snacks, worship, and then we will break off into 4 separate groups for different studies. Individuals must pre-register to select the study that they will be attending:

Study options:

Study 1: Always With You: Walking & Talking with God
By: Barbara Fuller (a former Kamloopsian, a pastor, missionary, mother, and grandmother.)
A Bible Study of the Psalms addresses our human experiences of fear, grief, loneliness, and rejection and give us a voice to experience the joy of community, worship, and the hope of God’s promises.

Study 2: Alpha

Have you ever wondered why you are here? What your life is about? If there is a God? And if there is a God, what does that mean for you?

Alpha helps us explore and discuss these questions about Christianity, Jesus, God and faith in a group environment. At Alpha, you will have an encounter with God and an encounter with people who are living out their faith with authenticity. We invite you to Alpha, and to an encounter.

Study 3: Listening to the Language of the Bible – Hearing It Through Jesus’ Ears

The Bible speaks in words and phrases that come from a very different culture, place, and time. Hebraic ideas and imagery may sound foreign to our ears, but when we enter the minds of its ancient authors, we discover great new depth and meaning for our lives.
