Women's Retreat 2025

Come and fellowship with other women at KAC’s annual Women’s retreat. This year, Women’s Ministry is excited to host Carmen Kinniburgh as the guest speaker. Details are as follows:

Place: Eagle Bay Camp (5055 Eagle Bay Rd, Eagle Bay, BC)
Time: Friday, Apr 11th at 6:00 pm to Sunday, Apr 13th at 1:00 pm (Dinner will be served on Friday at 6:30 pm)
Cost: $165 per person for 2 nights, meals included. (Options for gluten and dairy free will be provided.) * Please note: Eagle Bay Camp cannot guarantee that the food provided for those with celiac or vegan diets will not have issues with cross contamination.

This year we are excited to share that our speaker is Carmen Kinniburgh from Vernon BC.
Rev. Carmen Kinniburgh has lived in Vernon, BC since 2005 with her husband, Jeremy, and children, Aria and Roscoe. She graduated with her bachelor’s degree from Canadian Bible College (now Ambrose University) in 2003, has pastored in churches in Hinton, Quesnel, and Vernon, and was ordained with the Alliance Canada in 2018. She recently completed a Master of Theological Studies from McMaster Divinity College in May 2024 after the successful defence of her thesis, “Hearing the Shepherd’s Voice (John 10:27).” Carmen enjoys spending her time reading, writing, walking and exploring the trails in the North Okanagan with family and friends. She loves theatre, playing soccer, travelling and camping.
