As we kickoff a new year at KAC, we’re bringing the fun outside. Join us for a block party! Come as you are to enjoy music, a short message, BBQ, & free carnival activities. All are welcome!

Am I invited to Kickoff?
Yes! Whether it’s your first time, or KAC is your home church, we would love to have you here. This is always a special weekend for us at KAC as we reconnect with friends, welcome newcomers, and enjoy all the great activities together as a church family. Invite your friends and family, and come as you are!
When should I arrive?
Our service will begin at 10:30am with time to hangout and enjoy food and carnival fun afterwards! If you are able, we encourage you to park offsite and take the shuttle to this event. If you are parking off-site, we recommend arriving 30-45 minutes before the start of the service. The shuttle will run from 9:30-10:25am.
Where should I park?
As we anticipate welcoming everyone, we have arranged for offsite parking. If you are able, we encourage you to carpool and park offsite. This leaves the accessible parking for those with mobility concerns. A shuttle will run from the parking at the John Todd Centre from 9:30am until 10:25am. We can’t wait to welcome you for Kickoff! If you have mobility concerns, limited parking will be available in the KAC parking lot. Please DO NOT park on neighbourhood streets, we want to be kind to our neighbours!
Is KAC Kids available?
The service will be all ages and family-friendly! KAC Kids will be available for birth-preschool children. The check-in will be outside near where the service is being held. Look for the KAC Kids banner and team members.
Do I need to bring anything?
Since our service will be held outside, we encourage you to bring any necessities, such as water or sunscreen. Seating for the service will be provided. We will also have a free BBQ lunch and coffee available after the service!
